Motel near Settlers Green
Settlers Green Outlet Village is in North Conway. Scenic Inn is in Conway, about 5 miles south of North Conway, not at the outlets. New Hampshire has no general sales tax, so the outlet shops are tax-free. Shop, then come back to a quiet, non-smoking room.
Scenic Inn is family-run, with nine rooms. Rooms 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, and 209 have a balcony. Rooms 101, 102, and 103 do not. Up to 2 dogs, in rooms 102 and 103 only, at $25 per dog per night. Pet fees apply only when you bring a pet. No cats. A $250 fee applies for pets in non-pet rooms. Free parking and WiFi are on site. Coffee, honey buns and sweets, 7:30–11 AM. No hot breakfast. Each room has a small single-cup tea and coffee maker.
